Ecselance International is a non profit organization that promotes and supports entrepreneur development in poverty stricken communities worldwide by establishing an infrastructure to support the creation and growth of small businesses.
Entrepreneur Development
- Individuals who have an interest in starting a small business but have little or no prior experience in this area learn what is involved in becoming an entrepreneur.
- Potential business opportunities suitable to the local area are explored and business plans are developed.
- New entrepreneurs are trained in basic business skills and skills specific to the businesses they have selected.
- As the new businesses develop, counsel and advice are provided by other new enterpreneurs and nearby experts and business leaders.
- Plans for business expansion are developed and evaluated.
Supporting Infrastructure
A self sustaining infrastructure consisting of local and outside resources to provide training, consulting, and loans to get small businesses started and help them be successful.
