Our Approach
Our approach centers around the infrastructure established to support new and expanding businesses. This infrastructure consists of a group of local community members who are interested in starting or expanding small businesses. After the group is formed, Ecselance International arranges for training in basic business skills as well as skills in specific business areas. To help this group be successful in their businesses, a local advisory board consisting of experienced business and technical people from the surrounding area, provide advice and counselling. Furthermore, common services that all of the business can use such as accounting are arranged for the group to share; thereby lowering the cost of these services.
